Aerial yoga I look like a buffoon. I feel incredible. And then I vomit

Flying Fantastic has me wrapped in large loops of fabric while swinging, spinning and flying through the air. Its glorious and exhilarating It is weird how the little mermaid is called Ariel, isnt it? She has access to water and a bit of land, but definitely not the sky. No wonder she is frustrated. I have many thoughts like this as I hang upside down, blood rushing to my brain. Despite the fact I am wrapped in and suspended by the thinnest material, I feel safe and my mind is free to roam. Such is the paradox of aerial yoga (Flying Fantastic, three classes for 45, Original Article : HERE ; The Ultimate Survival Food: The Lost Ways

Magic: The Gathering game maker exposed 452,000 players account data

The maker of Magic: The Gathering has confirmed that a security lapse exposed the data on hundreds of thousands of game players. The game’s developer, the Washington-based Wizards of the Coast, left a database backup file in a public Amazon Web Services storage bucket. But there was no password on the storage bucket, allowing anyone to access the files inside. The bucket is not believed to have been exposed for long — since around early-September — but it was long enough for U.K. cybersecurity firm Fidus Information Security to find the database. A review of the database file showed there were 452,634 players’ information, including about 470 email addresses associated with Wizards’ staff. The database included player names and usernames, …

Salman Rashid, who was arrested over the weekend on charges that he solicited another person to commit a crime of violence, was kicked out of Miami Dade College (MDC) and, subsequently, Broward College after a female classmate reported to school officials and authorities in November 2018 that hed been harassing her, according to a criminal complaint unsealed in the Southern District of Florida. By that time, prosecutors said, Rashid was already being watched by the FBI due to his alarming Facebook posts expressing his desire for violent revenge against …

Imagine learning your spouse of 31 years wanted to end your marriage through email… Unfortunately, it’s what happened to Sarah Palin back in June when she received a message in her inbox from her husband Todd Palin‘s attorney, which stated his desire to legally separate — before the pair even had a real conversation about it. In a new interview with Christian broadcaster, James Dobson, released on Tuesday, the 55-year-old politician opened up about how the whole process has emotionally affected her over the past five months. Reflecting on the moment she got the hard news, Sarah said: “It was devastating. I thought I got shot.” As we reported, Todd officially filed for divorce from the former Alaska governor back …

Biden heckled over Obama-era deportations, tells protester ‘You should vote for Trump’

“That’s a lie,” someone injected. “That’s a lie, you said?” Biden responded. And the crowd erupted once more. During the first three years of his presidency, Obama deported 1.18 million people, The Washington Post reported. Trump, despite promising in 2016 to deport “millions,” has deported less than 800,000 people during his first three years in office. Under the Obama administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more than 385,000 people each year in fiscal years 2009-11. The rate spiked in 2012 when 409,849 deportations were carried out, Axios reported, citing Department of Homeland Security records. The Trump administration has not carried out more than 260,000 deportations in a single year, according to the Post. These numbers drew the ire of …

Familys Requirements For A Babysitter Are So Crazy, They Got Shamed For It Online

There is a subclass of parents who demand the very best for their children, but they refuse to treat the people who take care of them as human beings. Case in point, a Redditor posted one family’s ad for a babysitter on the Choosing Beggars subreddit. Holey moley, what a list! It looks less like a job ad and more like the 1919 Treaty of Versailles (in this case, babysitters are the Germans). The icing on the cake is that the parents also ask the babysitter to pay rent while also taking care of their children. In other words, they don’t pay the babysitter, they just let them pay less rent. Wow. This family had a long list of unreasonable …

Mulvaney tries to join a lawsuit fighting House subpoena power

Washington (CNN)Acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney is attempting to join a lawsuit testing House subpoena power, which, if allowed, could effectively derail him from giving testimony in the impeachment inquiry until a federal court decides the case. He claims that he cannot choose between complying with the House subpoena he received and the White House’s instruction that he is immune from testifying, and would like a federal court to decide for him. An official working on the impeachment inquiry said Saturday that Mulvaney’s effort to join the lawsuit to test the House’s subpoena power would not delay the proceedings. “If Mr. Mulvaney had information that contradicts the consistent and incriminating testimony of numerous public servants, Mr. Mulvaney …

Pentagon Chief Asks Navy Secretary to Resign Over Navy SEAL Case

Defense Secretary Mark Esper forced Navy Secretary Richard Spencer to resign Sunday, saying he was deeply troubled over his handling of the case of a Navy SEAL accused of war crimes in Iraq, the Pentagon said. Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman said Spencer submitted his resignation at Espers request, the Associated Press reported. In a letter to President Trump, Spencer said he cannot in good conscience obey an order he believes violates the sacred oath he took. The President deserves and should expect a Secretary of the Navy who is aligned with his vision for the future of our force generation and sustainment. Therefore, with pride, in the achievements weve shared, and everlasting faith in the continued service and fidelity of …

Iran’s ‘largest internet shutdown ever’ is happening now. Here’s what you need to know

(CNN)Iran has gone almost entirely offline as authorities try to stem the spread of nationwide protests that have gripped the country since Friday. What sparked the protests? Protests in Iran have been a long time coming. Popular discontent over the country’s leadership has brewed for years as economic conditions continued to worsen, causing nationwide protests to erupt between December 2017 and January 2018. Since May 2017, US President Donald Trump has unleashed several rounds of sanctions that have crippled Iran’s economy, causing its currency to tank, prices to spiral, and trigger shortages in food and medical equipment. As people’s living conditions worsened, many Iranians blamed US sanctions for their woes, but also criticized corruption that they believe is widespread among …

Hello, John Bolton? This Is History Calling

Is former National Security Adviser John Bolton going to sell it, or give it away? (It, of course, being his birds-eye view of the president putting his own interest, in getting an advantage in the 2020 election, over the interests of his country.) Will he or wont he? is the drama that remains after the pause, if not the end, of House Intelligence Committee hearings into impeachment. In a series of volleys after he wrested control of his Twitter account back from the White House, Bolton President Recep Trayyip Erdogan to turn against our Kurdish allies because of his business interests in Turkey, as Trump trumpeted a fakecease fire and a Russian flag was being raised over an abandoned base …

Boris Johnson ‘suppressing’ Russia report until after UK election, lawmakers say

London (CNN)Prime Minister Boris Johnson is under fire over accusations from lawmakers that the UK government is intentionally delaying the release of a report into Russia’s influence in British politics until after the upcoming election. Foreign office minister Christopher Pincher defended the government’s position on Tuesday and offered no suggestion that the report would be signed off soon, telling Grieve that it was not unusual for reports such as this one to go through “an intensive security review before publication.” Grieve said the intelligence agencies had indicated that the publication of the report would not damage any of their operational capabilities, and therefore there was no reason to delay it. “The report has to be laid before parliament when it …

UN group says Iran has an ‘on going case’ in court regarding missing American Robert Levinson

(CNN)A United Nations working group says Iran’s Justice Department has acknowledged that there is “an on going case in the Public Prosecution and Revolutionary Court of Tehran” for former FBI agent Robert Levinson. The claim comes just days after the State Department’s Rewards for Justice Program advertised up to $20 million for information leading to Levinson’s safe location, recovery and return. According to State Department officials, Levinson traveled to Kish Island in Iran in March 2007. He was in the Middle East to investigate cigarette smuggling on behalf of a client and, during the visit, met with American fugitive Dawud Salahuddin, who remains the last person to acknowledge seeing Levinson on the day of his disappearance. Levinson worked as an …
